Posture, strength, and movement quality directly influence how you feel, perform, and recover. Your path to stronger, more efficient movement begins with a personalized one-on-one assessment. We’ll evaluate your movement patterns, identify strength and mobility opportunities, and create a customized Pilates-based plan to help you build resilience, move with confidence, and reduce injury risk- so your body can support everything you ask of it.
Assessment

Our one-on-one, physio-led Pilates sessions are built entirely around you — your movement, your needs, and what you want to achieve. After your personalized assessment, we design each session to meet you where you are and move you forward.
You’ll be challenged and supported at every step, and guided toward stronger, more confident movement. We use specialized Pilates apparatus to introduce more challenging and functional strength building.

Mat-based Pilates classes offer expert instruction in a focused group setting for people at a range of experience levels and abilities.
Led by Jennifer Delich, these classes are ideal for anyone who is ready to build strength and control, and improve how their body feels and functions. Each class focuses on functional movement to help you move better, feel stronger and build resilience for long-term health and longevity.

As a former member of Canada’s Alpine Team and a physiotherapist for Canada’s Olympic Team, Jennifer Delich brings a deep understanding of performance and the effective use of movement detail across all sports.
Working with coaches and athletes, our sessions improve movement quality, core control, body awareness, and injury prevention. They are particularly effective for those managing travel or past injuries, and ideal for off-season development, in-season recovery, or pre-training activation.
